Tuesday: Notes on author, read "The Colomber," discuss -- homework: write about what you think the Colomber was (good or bad). Write either a short essay, or a new ending to the story
Wednesday: discuss/share homework, plot diagram the story -- discuss, questiosn 1-7 on page 13 (Due at the end of class) -- homework: none
Thursday: Note on author, read "Contents of a Dead Man's Pockets," discuss root of the week Homework: have two words that contain -vert and their definitions MUST HAVE WHEN YOU COME TO CLASS!!!
Friday: suspense activity, ROTW (root of the week) -- vote on words, quiz next Friday-- homework: none
